Training Sessions Cancellation Policy

All our events and clinics require full payment before a slot is secured.

The following charges apply for not attending sessions: -

If you do not contact via telephone/email or facebook to cancel

£FULL FEE

 If you give us less than 7 days’ notice

£FULL FEE

If you give us more than 7 days’ notice

£FULL REFUND less £5 to cover all charges and admin costs.

We have found this necessary as we have had to foot the bill in the past when people haven’t turned up! Also, it allows people who are on the waiting list for sessions to be given a chance to arrange to have one!
