FESTIVAL OF DRESSAGE

We will be saying goodbye to Summer with a full day of Stressless and Unaffiliated Dressage which will include a  music class and PYO long arena with Sashes awarded tyo the winner of each class.

‘Stressless Dressage’ is a relaxed and informal environment for both horse and rider where competition dress is not required but can be worn if the rider chooses to. It is ideal for novice or young horses and riders or simply a mid-week warm up.

​

'Unaffiliated Dressage' is a great way to get started with competitive dressage and can also be used to prepare your horse for eventing or affiliated dressage competitions.

​

Due to the number of classes, we will be running them in order.

​

​All classes £15 with rosettes from 2nd to 6th place and a Sash awarded to the winner.

​

​Current standard and correctly fitting hats, gloves & footwear for riders is compulsory.

​

​Appropriate tack for horses is a must, as per British Dressage rules.

​

​Pick your test from: -

Class 1 - Stressless Intro (PYO from Intro B and Intro C)

Class 2 - Stressless Prelim (PYO from Prelim 12 and Prelim 14)
Class 3 - Stressless PYO from N24, N27, E42 and E44

Class 4 - Unaffiliated Intro (PYO from Intro A and Intro B)
Class 5 - Unaffiliated Prelim (PYO from Prelim 7 and Prelim 18)
Class 6 - Unaffiliated PYO from N27, N28, E44 and E50

ARENA CHANGE

Class 7 - Unaffiliated PYO Long arena from Prelim 19, Novice 37A, Elementary 45 and Medium 61

Class 8 - Unaffiliated Freestyle to Music (Long arena up to and including Medium)

(If more than one test is done by any one competitor within one class, only the highest score of the completed tests will be eligible for placing)

​Sheets and rosettes are available on the day, but they can be posted at a cost of £2 (payable on the day), alternatively, you can provide a S.A.E if you can't hang around.

​

IMPORTANT!! - All entries must be made via the forms below only, must include rider/horse/class(es).

When the entry is submitted you will be automatically directed to the SumUp payment system. Bookings will not be secured until payment notification is received.

​

Entries accepted until 7pm on Thursday, 31st August, unless the competition fills up prior to that date.

​Times and Results will be announced on Facebook and will be available to view on our website.

​Hot and cold drinks will be available to purchase all day! (Cash preferred)

We know the COVID restrictions have been relaxed but we would like to implement the following rules/guidelines to keep everyone safe: -

• No horses left tied to outside of vehicle

• Toilets will be open with hand washing facilities       

• Hand sanitiser available in appropriate positions.

• NO DOGS

​

REFUND POLICY: Withdrawals will be accepted up to close of entries, whereby a refund will be given minus a £5.00 admin charge per test.
Late withdrawals and ‘no shows’ after close of entries will not be refunded under any circumstances unless the event is cancelled.
